Rutherford Dance Company’s Artistic Director Adam Rutherford and the international cast of “Never Going Home Again” warmly invite you to witness the results of a research & development and creation phase

In association with The Black Country Dance Hub at Forest Arts Centre we are pleased to offer students and dance enthusiasts the opportunity to play a part in the development of a brand new touring work supported by Arts Council England.

Rutherford Dance Company (RDC)will be performing their new work “Never Going Home Again”; the performance is a work in progress and will be followed by a Question and Answer session giving the audience the opportunity to talk to the dancers and choreographer.

Led by international award winning choreographer Adam Rutherford the performance aims to positively celebrate diversity with a particular focus on issues around sexuality and identity. They will investigate differences defined by sexual orientation between communities and from around the world in relation to race, ethnicity, faith, disability, age and class.

The evening will be a great opportunity for young performers to meet professional dancers and will also provide the chance for anyone working towards Arts Award at Silver or Gold levels to find out about art organisations and professionals within this area of work.

“Never Going Home Again” is performed to an original score composed by award winning artist Tom Haines Music
